A: Mike, whats going on, man. Long time no see.

麦克,你好,好久不见。


B: Hey, Pat! Yeah, I havent seen you in ages. Hows it going?

嘿,Pat!对,我有几年没见过你了,过得怎么样?


A: This is going great. Its funny running into you like this. Small world there. You know Just last week I ran into Matt as well.

我很好。居然能偶遇你,真有趣。世界还是真小。你知道吗,就像上周我还遇到了Matt。


B: Yeah, hows he doing?

是吗?他怎么样?


A: Hes doing well. We went out for a couple of beers and the funniest thing happened.

挺好的。我们一起出去喝了几杯,然后发生了一件很有趣的事情。


B: Oh yeah?

A: Well, we were talking and catching up on what weve been doing, talking about work and family, when all of a sudden, Matt saw a mouse run under his chair and he completely lost it. He started freaking out and screaming.

B: Haha, really?

A: Yeah, the funniest thing was that he jumped onto his chair and started shrieking like a girl. You should have been there, everyone was staring and laughing. it was hilarious.
